Refund policy
returns and refund due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. however, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from www.yfsty.co if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to contactus@yfsty.co with the subject line "return" or "refund" within 48 hours of arrival.
please note that all candles are handmade are hand-poured and hand designed however vary in appearance and due to the natural ingredients may have some imperfections by nature.
sale we cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products. if you purchased directly before a sale, we unfortunately cannot price match the item.
shipping cost unfortunately, the cost of returning the item will not be covered by yfsty and must be paid by the customer for any returns.
shipping all shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. please note: all orders are aimed to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. you will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our facility!
shipping if at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
